I am hugely passionate about fitness, and how fitness can aide wellbeing. To me fitness is not just about exercise, but good nutrition and a balanced lifestyle. Ultimately it’s about loving your body and your body loving you back.
I am so passionate in fact that possibly the best feeling in the world for me is the fulfillment that comes with seeing my clients transform week by week both physically and mentally.
In my early career I worked in the City, but after 10 years of high stress, and a busy London lifestyle I realised that I didn’t have the same level of passion for Corporate banking as I did for health and fitness.
Once I’d made the decision I put my everything into becoming a Personal Trainer and helping people find the balance between their busy lives and healthy living. Since the early days I have always taken a holistic lifestyle approach to fitness. Working with my clients to look at their bodies and lifestyles as a whole. I help them understand how exercise, the right nutrition and simple lifestyle changes can dramatically change their body both physically and psychologically.
My ability to understand and empathise with a busy London lifestyle, the stresses of the corporate environment and the inevitable after work socials has enabled me to design workouts and give nutritional advice that is not only effective but practical to my clients lifestyles.
I now have over 20 year’s experience of working with people in and around London to successfully achieve their fitness goals. I have also learned over the years how bodies change with age, which has made me a specialist with clients of 30+ years of age. I have found that through exercise and good nutrition my clients quite literally feel 10 years younger. I also have experience working with pre and post natal women, who have found my holistic approach to exercise beneficial to their circumstances.
I believe anyone and everyone can achieve their fitness goals if they really put their mind to it, and as a Personal Trainer I do my utmost to ensure you get there.
My sessions are designed to deliver an overall feeling of wellbeing for my clients, by looking at all areas of their lives not just exercise. I want my clients to reach a spiritual level of contentment and wellbeing that comes from a happy and healthy body.
I enjoy helping my clients learn and understand their bodies. Teaching them not only the right techniques but also helping them to understand the connection between the physical and mental benefits of training, and how enhancing the mind will further advance the body’s capabilities.

My sessions aren’t easy and aim to push your body to its limits, but this isn’t a boot camp. I want to push your body, but I also want to train your mind too. Your aspirations to reach your goals don’t stop when you walk out of my session, so I expect you to be as committed to your diet and lifestyle as you are training with me.
