Before starting a training programme I will conduct a full assessment of your fitness, lifestyle and diet. From this I will develop a bespoke programme aligned to your goals, to achieve the results you are looking for.

Be prepared my training sessions aren’t easy, and I will push you hard. But if you trust in me and whole heartedly follow my programme, then I guarantee you will see the results you’re looking for.

Personal Trainer Packages from £75 per session

If you’re serious about getting fit and have long term fitness goals, then this is the package for you. I’ll be with you every step of the way keeping you motivated, and developing your programme as you’re fitness levels in crease.

Group training is a great way to lose weight with your friends, and spread the cost of having a personal trainer. Plus you are all there to keep each other motivated.

Pre/Post Natal Personal Trainer Sessions

My pre/post natal packages focus on you and your baby. How to keep you healthy and active during pregnancy and getting back into shape once baby arrives.

Session Prices:
One personal training session £35 p/s
Multiple sessions priced on an individual basis as the length of time you can train for will depend on your trimester period, and will be reduced on a sliding scale during the final weeks of your pregnancy.
